Minor Issues Detracted From Overall Experience

loose toilet seatlittle privacy
The bathroom door didn't fit the frame correctly. This gave very little privacy. I also noticed black hair in the toilet when i arrived (and the seat was loose).

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Location

convenient locationcute staffquality toiletriessteep staircase
I appreciated the convenient central location of the accommodation. The staff were cute, and the breakfast included fresh pastries and a good selection of teas. The provided toiletries in the bathroom were of high quality (I liked the lavender scent). I found the entire experience quite enjoyable.
The staircase to the upper floors was narrow and steep. This could pose a challenge for travelers with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Clear signage or assistance with luggage would greatly improve the experience.
