i enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast. the location to the nec was very convenient for me. peter in the restaurant did an amazing job even when the restaurant was super busy!

The pod needed serious tlc i think. the bathroom door was missing a handle. This meant i had to keep it slightly open all night because of the cold coming through the toilet pipe gap. also, the bed wasn't very comfortable because it was quite lumpy and i could feel the springs

The location was ideal for attending a nearby event. There were also plenty of parking spaces available! the room was a chalet and it provided adequate space for a short stay.

the breakfast service had inconsistent hours, varying significantly between weekdays and weekends, it caused some inconvenience as the advertised times were not reliable.

FANTASTIC Cabin Experience!

I REALLY loved the clean pod. It included a microwave, hobs, kettle, fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits, with cups and saucers. The pod also had stools under a foldable table, a sofa, a big flat screen tv in the lounge and kitchen, and another tv in the bedroom. Blackout blinds created a VERY dark room.

Bedroom windows WOULDN'T open. The room got quite warm. I wanted to try the huts next time.

I loved the pod design. It felt really cozy. The pod and the towels were clean. I found a small TV and a kettle with tea, which I appreciated. The bar and restaurant on site were fine, and the breakfast included was beautiful indeed.

I noticed some road noise due to proximity to the M6, but it was minor.

My pod included a microwave two ceramic hobs and a fridge. Tea coffee sugar and biscuits were provided along with cups and saucers. Blackout blinds were installed in the bedroom ensuring complete darkness.
