the room was fairly small. this made moving around with luggage a bit difficult.

The staff were very helpful and cute, a real plus. I had a room that offered a view OVER the river, quite nice. Tea, coffee, AND biscuits were available in the room.
The lighting in my room was abysmal. VERY dim. There were only three hangers available in an alcove, insufficient for my needs. There was no other storage in the bathroom, a notable absence.

The staff were helpful. my room overlooked the river. i appreciated the complimentary drinks provided. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The range was excellent. it was close to the m5, a plus for travel. we also appreciated the easy access for dog walking and ample parking.
My room was fairly small. It lacked air conditioning, uncomfortably hot.

I appreciate the multi-use soap in refillable bottles, a good move away from single-use plastics. it was nice soap. The mini-bar included real milk inside a refillable glass bottle. I found the staff very helpful, and the atmosphere felt quiet during the night. I liked the river view from my window.
My room felt a little small, and it got really hot during the day.

The breakfast menu offered a great variety of different dishes. ALL the girls of the staff team were super friendly. I found the beds comfortable with personal touches. I thought the hairdryer provided was quite good.
I noticed black MOULD in the shower. I was a bit disappointed.
