The location was convenient. I found it easy to reach different places in the city.
The room was quite disappointing. It was smaller than I expected, and the view wasn't great. The television was also outdated. It lacked basic smart features, a letdown for a place that wants to be luxury.

i found the staff attentive to detail. they fulfilled every request i had with a genuine smile and a caring nature. the breakfast buffet offered a good assortment of fresh pastries. a wide variety of fruits was also available each morning, prepared with such care. i appreciated the hotel's central location.
I did notice the hallway lighting was a bit dim at night. It required careful navigation.

i was disappointed several aspects fell short of expectations. the suite's location involved numerous stairs. this proved inconvenient. a major privacy concern arose when the hotel emailed guests using a visible mailing list. this exposed everyone's email addresses, that was not good at all.
