The staff was present and processed my check-in efficiently.
I found the towels to be quite thin and rough. They definitely felt cheap. The toilet paper was the kind that requires using several sheets at once. It seemed like a false economy. I cut my arm on a sharp edge of the wardrobe, and the hotel had only one small plaster, so I had to go buy a box at a pharmacy.

Check-in presented IMMEDIATE problems. The room did not match the description I saw when I booked it. Amenities listed were missing. I had to sort it all out at the front desk. It was centrally controlled so I had no way to adjust it. It WASN'T great.

I had a smooth check-in thanks to marius. He gave me useful insights on nearby attractions and the hotel amenities. the restaurant manager was helpful, explaining gluten-free breakfast options. i found the breakfast selection very diverse and i made my own tea. It was a nice touch.
the reception team was not engaging, which i found disappointing. also, i had issues with the final invoice. it seemed like the reception was unaware i had stayed in two rooms.

The staff was very friendly and efficient! My room included a coffee machine which was a real treat. Robes were provided, such a nice touch. I enjoyed the lovely view from my room, so picturesque.
The carpet in the corridor had a slight odor.

The location was convenient near major routes. Our room faced a church in the distance near a park. Downtown was an easy walk. Breakfast included a superior selection.
I found the exterior needing updates. The bathroom tile work looked poorly done. A soap machine was removed but not retiled.
