The breakfast buffet included a rich assortment of asian and western choices. the hotel had a convenient bottle refilling station on each floor, a nice touch. lucy at reception arranged an upgrade with access to the hospitality lounge and complimentary breakfast. patty liu at the concierge helped plan a tea plantation visit and tea museum tour. It included a pleasant guided tour.

the hotel was generally not well lit, especially the common areas.
