the room was clean, i must say.
I was quite disappointed with a few things. first, the breakfast was not great, lacking variety. second, my request for a late checkout was denied. They said they were too busy, even though my friend got one right before me!

The location was central. The duomo was a short walk. breakfast offered a nice variety of food. I liked the fresh fruit selection.
the tram noise was noticeable from my room, it started early.
