i found the staff to be fantastic throughout the hotel. plentiful good quality food was available. the hotel was super clean and very clean. the housekeepers work hard to keep everything in order.
The walls seemed thin, and i could sometimes hear conversations from the neighboring room. It was not a major issue, though.

the food was excellent, with lots of choices at every meal (the themed nights were a tasty surprise!). the rooms were spacious and very clean, and i had a fantastic view from my balcony. the staff were amazing. They always had a smile and were happy to help with anything.
the pool got a bit crowded in the afternoon.

The room was a junior suite pool view and it was quite spacious. The living room area provided extra space and comfort. Daily room cleaning kept everything super clean.. a real plus. The balcony provided great views.

the hotel had a good selection of food (i really liked the paella).
The noise levels were really bad. I could hear everything from other rooms. the walls seemed thin. also, the pool closed too early. closing the pool at 4pm meant i couldn't fully relax in the afternoons (i prefer a late swim).
