Excellent Stay, Attention to Detail Evident Everywhere

The hotel had a modern art deco feel, which I found quite appealing. Breakfast was REALLY good. I especially liked the variety of fresh pastries. Staff were helpful. They quickly arranged a water taxi for my early departure. The air conditioning worked very well, a HUGE plus during my summer visit.
My room overlooked an inner courtyard, so the view wasn't particularly exciting.

The staff provided prompt assistance with luggage and directions. Reception was available 24/7 and always addressed any questions immediately. Concierge services were helpful in arranging transportation options throughout the area.

Breakfast included a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruit. Coffee was available from an automated machine with multiple options. The breakfast area provided ample seating and was well-kept during service.

clear directionsfriendly staff
the hotel location is close to St Marks square. the staff gave clear directions. Marco, Alexandro and Thomas friendliness. the rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom were light.

the hotel includes two connected, beautiful buildings that creates a peaceful retreat. it provides a restful stay away from the cities busyness, still the building is near all of the necessary locations and facilities.

the team demonstrates friendliness and professionalism when helping. they offered helpful and quick answers to all demands. the reception helped me with bags to and from the taxi transfer and was very polite.

breakfast has a delicious selection. the breakfast includes a rich buffet with a large variety of food. the hotel is near to a number of typical restaurants that provide delicious meals.

The location is superb and central to main attractions. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They addressed requests with ease. Rooms were clean and spacious enough.
Rooms require upgrades to address wear and tear.. Walls displayed suitcase scuff marks. Furniture was poorly maintained. The headboard showed breakage in some areas.
