poor soundproofing limited breakfast
I must admit, i was a bit let down. the initial impression was fine, but small things began to grate on me. the soundproofing was not great. I heard noise from the hallway and other rooms quite easily. also, i thought the breakfast could have been better. the selection felt limited after a couple of days, and some items were not always fresh..

excellent stay
premier family suite complete toiletries free snacks
the hotel staff offered me an upgrade to a premier family suite. this suite contained two rooms and a sitting area. it included complete toiletries soft towels free snacks bottled water coffee and ginger tea.
the hot water was not consistently hot enough for comfortable baths it detracted from fully enjoying the bathtub.

the rooftop infinity pool provided views of the mountains and the monorail. a heated pool on the first floor was available as well as a yoga and gym area. these amenities contributed positively to my overall experience at the accommodation.

my room was clean spacious and had a bathtub for soaking. i appreciated the sitting area in the room it enhanced the overall comfort. this added space and cleanliness contributed significantly to my satisfaction.

varied menu nice room large bed strong smell strange smell inconvenient move
The room size was nice. The beds were large. The breakfast selection was varied (especially the fruit). The restaurant menu was wide and very well priced.
My room reeked of a strong smell. It reminded me of mosquito repellent. I managed to move to a different room, but it was inconvenient. The water had a strange smell from the faucets in the bathroom (it was not very comforting).

welcome drink city center
The location is CONVENIENT near the city center. I found the easy access to public transportation and walking distance to Sun Plaza helpful. The staff assisted me immediately upon arrival and offered a welcome drink. They also provided all relevant details I needed clearly.
The rooftop pool is very small and unheated, so it's better suited for visual appeal than practical use.

excellent hotel experience
attentive staff clean facilities convenient location
the hotel arranged a taxi pickup for me from lao cai, ensuring peace of mind. the staff were attentive, and the facilities were clean. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the fansipan station. i found the extra care given to me.
the rooftop pool being unheated made it more visual than practical, especially with fog limiting the view.

Breakfast had various options. Our room offered a nice mountain view. The hotel featured both a rooftop pool and a heated indoor pool (a perfect combo!). The gym included treadmills for workouts.
The karaoke at the rooftop bar only starts at 7 PM, which limited early evening entertainment.

Average stay with some issues
damp room bathroom mold
The room felt quite damp , I noticed water running down the inside of the windows. This, even inside my suitcase. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling. The indoor pool closed early so I could not use it after my day out.
