The room featured blackout blinds, very useful for daytime naps. I enjoyed having a great view of the lake and mountains directly from my room. I also found the provided public transport ticket very convenient for getting around.
The pillows provided were too soft for my preference.

The room was spacious and bright. I had wonderful city views from my window. The breakfast buffet was generous (i especially liked the pastries). A request regarding a forgotten item was handled efficiently and with great care.
The pillows were too soft for my liking.

my room was large. it has view of the lake. valet parking was convenient across the street. The hotel offers a travel pass for the city. this helps with the location on a hill.
the iron provided was old. it did not have steam for pressing my clothes.
