the superior queen room was very clean and elegant. breakfast included a delicious buffet with a great variety of food. the staff was helpful and gave good advice about the convenient public transit system (i used it a lot).

shower leakunhygienic breakfast
The bathroom was quite disappointing. The shower leaked badly. toiletries weren't replenished even after i requested it. birds were perched on cereal bowls at the breakfast table. It felt unhygienic.

The location across from the lake was amazing. It was ideal. i stayed in the same room for my visit. the public transit system was very convenient. The hotel gave me a three-day pass.
the shower leaked, and the toiletries ran out. they were not replenished even after i asked the cleaning staff and reception.

The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful to guests. they provided advice about places to visit. They also explained how to use the public transit. a familiar face throughout was vlad, who was always helpful.

the fitness area is huge, and i enjoyed it. it includes high-quality devices! the hotel provides a convenient parking garage, underneath. there is a shop nearby to buy anything you need.

The hotel's location is next to the lake. i got to enjoy views of the lake and mountains. there are nice restaurants and attractions nearby! there is a metro near the hotel. The public transport is accessible.

the location was good (near the lake).
I found the bathroom subpar. The shower leaked and the toiletries were not replenished despite my requests to both cleaning staff and reception. also, birds should not be allowed in the restaurant. i witnessed birds perched on cereal bowls at the breakfast table which is not hygienic.
