The room WAS spacious, and it had a kettle with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Air conditioning worked GREAT. The bed was a great size.
I found cigarette butts SCATTERED in front of the house, giving a poor first impression. There were no hand towels in the room. The fridges in the dining room were chaotic and needed defrosting.

The shower was AMAZING. It had excellent water pressure. The bed in the double room was comfortable. I REALLY appreciated the free continental breakfast. It was such a nice touch.
There were no hand towels in the bathroom, just large bath towels.

The room was a decent size and in an acceptable state upon arrival.
I was disappointed to find no housekeeping during my entire stay (four days). This meant the bathroom wasn't very clean and required me to find fresh towels in the hallway myself. This lack of service is unacceptable (especially for a 4-star place).
