Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
friendly staffhallway noisepoor soundproofing
The staff was friendly, though sometimes hard to find.
I requested a quiet room, but I could constantly hear noise from the hallway, so it was distracting. The soundproofing needs improvement as I could hear other guests talking and doors slamming all night. This disrupted my sleep.

The staff was amazing. I felt welcomed. rooms are spacious and clean. the location is great. The eiffel tower is minutes away on foot.

The hotel is situated very close to the eiffel tower. The walk is short. many cafes and restaurants are in the same block, this makes dining very easy. multiple subway stations are also nearby, easing travel.

The front desk staff were very charming and helpful. the hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge. The staff fills this role assisting guests. This is very convenient.

The rooms include air conditioning. This is very important. there is also excellent room service available. I used it daily. a delicious breakfast is hosted each morning. I found it enjoyable.
