friendly staff helpful staff clean hotel little light cramped bathroom insufficient shower panel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel very clean. The neighborhood had lots of bars, restaurants, and cafés (a great bonus!).
My room had little natural light. The bathroom was rather cramped. The shower panel did not extend enough, so I had to step in a pool of water to use the toilet.

stylish wallpaper spacious room convenient location helpful staff
The room decor featured stylish wallpaper linens and color combinations. The room size felt spacious relative to other accommodations. The hotel location allowed convenient walking access to many sites and restaurants. The staff provided plates forks and a lighter for birthday candles.
The absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a small inconvenience .

quiet Boutique Stay
convenient location helpful staff
i found the location ideal, a short walk to the metro. i felt completely safe, especially as a solo traveler. the complimentary cappuccino maker in the lobby was a nice touch (it fueled my mornings!). the staff displayed kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.
the centrally controlled air conditioning was a problem. i prefer a colder room at night, but i was unable to adjust the temperature. i ended up having to sleep with the door open.

many restaurants are within walking distance from this place. a metro station is just a short walk away, about three minutes. the hotel is located on a private courtyard which helps keep traffic noise down.

helpful staff large windows afternoon cakes easy stay
I found the staff friendly and helpful. they were accommodating with requests. my room had large windows allowing nice sunlight. the hotel provided complimentary coffee with cakes each afternoon. I really appreciated that.
my room did not have a refrigerator. that was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel had a good decor. instant hot water was readily available. the bed provided really good comfort. all the staff were polite. customer service was excellent.
a minor issue was the limited natural light in my room.
