easy walknarrow bedinsufficient amenities
the location was acceptable. it was a short walk from termini station, made travel easier.
i encountered issues in the single room. the bed was quite narrow (i'm not a big man, but still!). the room felt dark and as though it wasn't often used, i saw cobwebs. also, amenities were insufficient with only a sample packet of shampoo provided.

the staff was friendly and spoke english well which helped a lot. the location was ideal near termini station. the hotel was clean and well kept everything was orderly.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited specifically regarding protein choices.

helpful staffitalian coffee
i found the staff very helpful. they provided quick assistance with directions. the room was clean and well maintained. i appreciated its proximity to roma termini station. it made travelling quite easy. the breakfast offered a satisfactory selection of items. i specifically remember fresh pastries and strong italian coffee.
it was a minor inconvenience. i sometimes had to wait.
