the room included a kitchenette with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and basic cookware. the bathroom featured a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower.. this was quite convenient. the resort also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach, approximately five minutes away. i found the on-site spa provided relaxing thai massages at reasonable prices.
the pool area sometimes got a little crowded during peak hours.

staff provided prompt assistance with luggage and check-in. the front desk was available 24/7 and responded quickly to requests. housekeeping provided daily cleaning, replenished towels, and restocked toiletries consistently.

The staff displayed a helpful attitude. The hotel app was quite useful (I used it to order room service). The gardens were well maintained. The location is ideal for quick access to the airport, about five minutes away.
The air conditioning in my room was not effective enough. It struggled to cool the room adequately, even at the lowest settings. This made the room less comfortable, especially during the day.
