the hotel is very close to the airport making arrivals easy. the pool was very clean and there was plenty of space to relax. breakfast had a good selection and i particularly enjoyed the thai dishes on offer.
the gym equipment was quite limited lacking a full range of weights. it could benefit from some upgrades to cater to more serious fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel location is convenient to the airport. It was a short taxi ride of only ten minutes. The breakfast included many options and i especially liked the Thai dishes. The hotel provided free sport and yoga classes, which i found convenient.
The cleanliness was not great in my garden beautiful room. I killed five mosquitos shortly after entering. There were also many bugs all over the sink area, hundreds of them, maybe a nest. The air conditioning was loud and rattly and only blew freezing air.

i recently stayed here for six nights the staff was very helpful the facilities were maintained well the breakfast offered many options the fruit tasted fresh i ordered room service one evening the food was delicious the location is excellent with a quiet area near the beach some very good restaurants are only a few minutes walk away i could hear the waves from dinner.
the main pool was closed to residents which put pressure on the remaining pool the hotel needs some improvements.

this resort is located very close to the beach it is also close to the airport and there are many shops bars and restaurants nearby i found the location to be very convenient for exploring the area.

The staff was AMAZING!!! I found them very friendly. The breakfast had good coffee, which I REALLY appreciate. I borrowed bikes for free. It was convenient.
I had some issues with cleanliness in the room. I noticed hairs on the bed sheets upon arrival. The bathroom towels had stains. I requested extra toilet paper, but it never arrived.

the room included a kitchenette with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and basic cookware. the bathroom featured a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower.. this was quite convenient. the resort also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach, approximately five minutes away. i found the on-site spa provided relaxing thai massages at reasonable prices.
the pool area sometimes got a little crowded during peak hours.

The staff displayed a helpful attitude. The hotel app was quite useful (I used it to order room service). The gardens were well maintained. The location is ideal for quick access to the airport, about five minutes away.
The air conditioning in my room was not effective enough. It struggled to cool the room adequately, even at the lowest settings. This made the room less comfortable, especially during the day.
