The hotel offered amazing views of the ocean and nearby beach. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The free shuttle to the beach provided convenient transportation, especially if I didn't want to walk.
The hotel's hill location can be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

I appreciated the regular free shuttle to town, very useful because the hotel sits on a steep hill. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always available when needed. The hotel has great amenities and views. The location gave excellent views up the coastline.
Our room, though big, was a bit dimly lit, requiring extra lighting even during the day. This. I hope they consider brighter lighting options in the future for a better ambiance.

The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. It included excellent WIFI and efficient air conditioning. Two bottles of water were provided daily, so we always had fresh water available.

The hotel offers fine views of the sea. A free shuttle bus to the beach runs regularly until late evening. It's a quiet location away from the busier areas, which allowed us to relax away from the hustle.

Idyllic Getaway, A Haven of Serenity and Beauty

The rooms are very spacious and modern. We stayed in a beautiful sea view room and it was worth it as we had beautiful views (of the sea and Kata itself). The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus every hour to the beachfront. This is very convenient.
I was charged a surprise amount for damaging the duvet in our room. The so called 'damage' was a bit of orange juice my child spilt. I wish they would have been more understanding.

Our room included a king size bed with soft linens and comfortable pillows. The private balcony had seating for two, nice for peaceful moments while enjoying the views. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean, a lovely touch.

Breakfast offered a great selection of items each morning, ranging from fresh fruit to hot dishes. They have a happy hour between 5pm-7pm where cocktails are two for one. The food at the hotel is fairly priced and amazing quality with a lot of options.
