i appreciated the direct beach access the hotel provided. nearby local restaurants offered convenient dining options with authentic flavors. the staff consistently demonstrated kindness and were always eager to assist with any requests i had.
i did notice a minor issue with slower service during peak hours at the pool bar.

the hotel offers immediate beach access and is close to local shops for convenience. a seven eleven store is located just across the street, useful for quick needs. getting to phuket town takes approximately forty minutes from this location.

two pools are available, one designated for families with children and another large one that is heated. there are ample sunbeds and shaded areas around the pools. a swim-up bar provides convenient refreshments.

the check-in process was irritating. the air conditioning was also a pain it just blasted cold air with no adjustment. the room was humid and the floors were wet all the time which was unpleasant
