Absolutely wonderful stay!
attentive staffwide varietymaintained golf coursefitness options
The restaurant staff, especially Rael and Gladys, were very attentive. The food was AMAZING!!! There were many options available. I think the hotel's golf course is well kept and provides an enjoyable experience.
I did notice that there were no gym facilities. For guests who do not play golf but enjoy working out, this is a real drawback. I hope they add some fitness options soon.

Romantic Getaway on Pristine Shores

I adored the perfectly maintained gardens, filled with beautiful palms and vibrant flowers. The beach was ideal for long walks on soft, white sands. We found the views across the entire hotel fine. The ocean water was wonderfully warm.
The dinner in the garden felt quite hot, despite the romantic setting with candles and lights. More fans or better ventilation would greatly improve comfort during the meals. We still enjoyed the evening, but the heat was slightly distracting.

The hotel staff was lovely, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Bonface and Paul at the bar always had a smile, and Mercy at the Frangipani Pizzeria provided really good service! The team delivered perfect service overall.

the staff was attentive to requests. the beach had nice furniture for relaxation. the food offered a wide selection to satisfy diverse tastes. nothing seemed too much for the staff to handle .
The rooms seemed slightly outdated. I had to request an iron and hair dryer though it's a 5-star facility.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options with ample healthy choices. Guests can enjoy their meal overlooking the beautiful beach. there is a pizza place and an a la carte restaurant with normal prices.

The rooms have air conditioning. Mosquito nets are provided around the beds. the hotel has very clean public restrooms contributing positively to the overall cleanliness.

the hotel features a nice beach suitable for unwinding after a safari. getting around is easy because tuk-tuks are available for transport to local places. the hotel has a private beach area.

There are four large pools. Two are deep and long exceeding two meters in depth allowing for swimming without crowds. the gym provides workout options. a super massage offer is also available! it is affordable.

The staff was cute. They did all they could to. The grounds were beautiful. Pictures of the hotel do not do it justice.
My room seemed old. It did not look like the pictures on the website. the resort should better explain what 'All Inclusive' means. I was not aware of some restrictions.

Staff always smiled. They were always helpful and friendly. I saw them assisting guests with diverse needs and requests. I could feel their willingness to provide assistance to everyone.

My Pool Side Room included air conditioning. It also had a mosquito net around the bed. The room size was good. The housekeeping kept things tidy .

The resort is right on the beach. Getting around was easy. Tuk-tuks took me to local places. Security personnel were visible and seemed effective to create a safe environment.

The location included four large swimming pools. This was a great plus. The rooms provided were spacious and comfy. I loved that. There was a great variety of foods. I could choose from many options.
I found the rooms basic, and the entertainment team tried to involve me in activities while I swam.
