The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms are well kept. I found a variety of delicious foods. The dining area overlooks the pool and provides a wonderful experience. The pool itself is also large and clean.
The room's air conditioning did not function correctly despite my complaints.

The room included a standard size bed. An air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The room was maintained and clean on a daily basis. There was enough space for luggage and personal items.

The hotel is near the beach. The location offers scenery of the tides. The view takes your breath away as you relax inside. The surrounding area felt secure and well-guarded, which gave me peace of mind.

The hotel provided diverse cuisines. I found vegetarian options. There were nice well-made meat cuisines. The food was AMAZING!!! The food variety was very good. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor dining.

Staff responded quickly to requests. The staff were friendly. The team offered great shows every day. I was particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the dining staff. The staff always seemed happy to help.

friendly staffgreat serviceskilled lifeguard
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Joseph and Cynthia offered great service in the restaurant. Buguta at the swimming pool is a skilled lifeguard and instructor. The room janitors were kind and gave us an interconnected room for taking care of the children.

The hotel features a beautiful beach with a gentle descent, nice for safe wading. Tide changes influence swimming times. The hotel is located within a palm park that provides ample shade, a welcome respite from the sun.

The food options include a variety of international cuisines. There is also an african corner for local dishes. The all inclusive package provides both hard and soft drinks at no extra cost once full board is paid.
Facilities

The hotel boasts a very clean pool. Aqua Zumba is a highlight, providing an engaging way to exercise. The gym has state of the art equipment suitable for professional training, I appreciate this resort.

decent equipmentworking treadmillfaulty air conditioning
the gym had decent equipment. i saw a treadmill and some weights, which i used .
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. i reported this issue multiple times, but it never got fixed. this was a significant problem because it made the room very uncomfortable.
