Decent Stay, But Some Issues

The room was large enough and generally acceptable.
The noise levels were high because of street traffic (the walls seemed thin). The hotel's location, while central, also meant a rather long walk to the main attractions, like the Plaza de la Catedral, so prepare your shoes. Breakfast included too many pastries.

the room was very clean upon arrival. it offered a LOT of space to relax. the beds were large and REALLY comfortable. that helped me to get a good night's sleep after a long day.
the reception was quite unfriendly. i think rude is a better term. when i raised the issue, i was shrugged off. my passports were snatched from my hand and slammed back down.

the hotel featured a well-equipped gym. it provided modern equipment. guests had access to treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights, suiting various fitness needs and routines during their visit.

the hotel is very close to several bars. there are also many restaurants nearby. it made evenings out very convenient. public transportation options are also readily accessible from the hotel.
