checking in was efficient, happening quickly upon my late arrival. breakfast was great. i found the staff helpful at all times. the room was clean. the bathroom was very spacious.
i found no coffee or tea service inside the room inconvenient. i had to visit the cafeteria, this felt a bit unusual. going downstairs in the morning seemed like a chore.

The on-site parking was helpful. A good selection of restaurants were located nearby, I had no problems finding dining. The room included a drinks fridge. This allowed me to keep beverages cold.
The blackout blinds did not fit the windows so there was constant daylight flooding the room and even street light at night. There was a small bottle of water in the room on day one however this was never replenished. We were given paper cups to drink from. This was inconvenient.
