the location was acceptable and convenient for getting around.

The room i received did not match the photos i saw online. It looked quite worn, and the furniture seemed old. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, and i found this quite off-putting. the lack of soundproofing meant i could hear hallway noise throughout the night

the location was superb. the staff showed great helpfulness. i appreciated the cleanliness very much. luggage holding was available after our departure for later exploration.

i noticed a lack of soundproofing, which allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be heard. conversations were easily audible, including showers, and it impacted the peace a bit.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city. i found many places within walking distance which was very convenient. they offered to hold our luggage while we explored further. That was helpful. the family room had a comfortable double plus a bunk bed with a side on the top bunk.

the room floor was not completely clean. cleaning seemed quite superficial which was a bit disappointing.
