the reception personnel does not provide a greeting when you walk past.

The location is PERFECT. It is an easy walk into town. The staff are very professional AND friendly. I found breakfast on the terrace amazing. The sea view was so beautiful. The swimming pool area is lovely and peaceful. It felt nice even when it got BUSY.
The elevator is small. Two people with a luggage cart barely fit.

i found the sea views from my room amazing. access to the beach was very easy via the hotel lift. they had secure bicycle storage too. tools were available for minor repairs.
the parking system was difficult to understand. the receptionist i spoke with was less than patient in explaining it. other reception staff were lovely though.
