delicious breakfast comfy couches secure parking
The breakfast selection had various choices. i found cereals, pastries, and fruit. cooked breakfasts were delicious. there was a communal room downstairs with comfy couches. It had a lovely vibe. i really appreciated the parking.
The room was located right above the lounge. I could sometimes hear loud voices.

poor sound insulation dismissive response
the breakfast was GORGEOUS with friendly staff.
My room lacked proper sound insulation. Noise from nearby rooms persisted late into the night. the management's response to my noise complaint was dismissive. No alternative solutions or room change was offered. there Were no earplugs available.

room allocation staff resolution
The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
My allocated room was not ideal I found. Noise from other guests was noticeable late at night and early in the morning. The staff did not resolve my complaint effectively. I expected more for the price paid.

fresh fruit helpful guidance
The breakfast included fresh fruit and a selection of cooked dishes from the kitchen (I really enjoyed the fruit!). The staff offered helpful guidance with any questions I had. I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to anything in town.
My room was near the lounge, and I sometimes heard loud voices. This was noticeable and a little distracting, particularly in the evenings. It would be great if there was a way to soundproof the rooms more effectively.

really good stay
spacious room hot water comfortable bed
i found the room to be very spacious. it featured a waterfall shower with reliably hot water, i appreciated that. the king bed offered a very comfortable sleep. the location allowed easy walks to what i wanted to see.
the absence of a lift to the second floor in rooms 3 and 4 presented a slight inconvenience. carrying luggage up those stairs required some effort. still, the staff's offer to help with bags was appreciated.

beautiful breakfast really good staff uninspiring view early noise
the breakfast was beautiful. the staff WERE really good. the room seemed like heaven. especially after a long drive.
my room faced the back and the view was not inspiring. the noise from the kitchen started EARLY. i expected a quieter setting.
