i was disappointed. our room was not ready at the check-in time so we waited. the worst part was that no one offered us any refreshment during that wait. the staff didn't seem to care about our comfort.

the reception staff are helpful and cute. i found the location amazing, especially for getting around. the room was very clean and well kept, showing great attention to detail. i also noticed the staff were attentive to any needs i had .
the car parking was a bit limited, and i had to use the adjacent car park.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were also sufficient charging sockets conveniently placed throughout the room. It greatly helped keep my devices powered. ample space was a feature, ensuring i had room to work and relax.

i found the reception staff super helpful. they were cute and friendly too. the room i was given was very clean. i really think this will be my choice for accommodation next time i visit.
the in-room scale wasn't functioning, that was a little annoying. i did notice there were no shampoo or shower gel amenities provided in the bathroom either.. unlike other hotels. room service was unreliable, i had difficulty getting someone to answer the phone.
