Excellent Hotel Experience
warm welcomeclear communicationattentive staff
Amin at the reception provided a warm welcome. Dharamender Singh demonstrated clear communication regarding my family's allergies. Abul and Kunal at the pool were very attentive to all guests. These staff members really stood out to me.

the team offered immaculate service. i thoroughly enjoyed the new year festivities. everyone was so kind from check-in to departure. the team.
the beach access was limited. this restricted beach use. the all inclusive option was not worth the money as i was limited to the buffet and could not eat in any other restaurants.

husain al dallal, the bell boy, was very active and professional he suggested shopping places i was also impressed with isa, who was helpful the rooms are spacious and clean they feature balconies i enjoyed the well maintained beach.
the water kettle in my room was not working upon arrival i also noticed some noise from the electricity beside the bed during the weekend, loud music played until 2 am affecting my room.

the location offered beautiful views and a quiet environment creating a very peaceful retreat especially conducive to relaxation and enjoyment of the sea views available from many points within the hotel.

the staff provided really good service assisting with various needs with promptness and a friendly approach they also offered helpful suggestions for local shopping creating a seamless and supported experience for all guests.

the rooms featured generous space clean condition and lovely balconies that allowed guests to enjoy exterior views and fresh air the design promoted both comfort and utility contributing to a luxury experience.
