The breakfast had a large variety of food and drinks , the staff were friendly and helpful.
My messages went unanswered. I asked about a spa , and was told days later there was no spa but that I could get a masseuse. At reception when I inquired about spa facilities, they failed to mention a masseuse.

Charmed by My Stay!
helpful staff ample selection
I found the staff very polite and helpful, even with special requests. Cleanliness was great, so the room always felt fresh. The breakfast offered an ample selection of food, and the bed was comfy.
The pool was smaller than I expected, so finding a lounger available during peak times proved difficult. The kids play, diving and shouting, not very relaxing. It could have been a bit bigger.

The room was spacious and clean, it has everything i needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linen felt very soft. I appreciate the daily housekeeping and the attention to detail.

The hotel is only an 8-minute drive from the airport, so arrival and departure was simple. Its location is very convenient if you have an early flight. The hotel location makes it great for catching flights.

The pool area is pretty. It has a bar. I did see that the hotel has a shop inside, so you can buy everything you need. I observed a well maintained building and beautiful premises.

Every staff member was friendly and seemed happy. The breakfast manager was really helpful. Front desk staff ensured that my requests received quick and efficient attention, i liked that so much.

The breakfast included many traditional greek products, so i got a true taste of local cuisine. I also saw that the hotel has its own restaurant that offers lunch and dinner. I could see a good kitchen there.

eastern room subpar soundproofing
the breakfast buffet was acceptable, with a variety of options.
My room faced east, so the sun blasted in early, and the curtain failed to cover the entire balcony door. i asked for help, but reception did nothing to fix it or offer another room. soundproofing was subpar. I heard noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, a 4-star hotel should not have a shower curtain.

wonderful stay
lovely pool friendly staff great breakfast good bar
the pool was lovely and well kept. breakfast offered great variety in each food section. the front desk staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. the facilities had a little bar with good drink varieties.
Some messages did not receive replies. this impacted some pre-arrival planning.

Adequate Stay, Some Disappointments
expensive buffet poor dinner
The buffet dinner was really disappointing. I paid €35, and the food was lukewarm, with very few desserts left even though it was still open. I thought the hotel should improve the buffet or reduce the price. They did not offer any refund despite my complaint. It was a waste of money. the staff were lovely, especially those at the pool and bar, but I don't think I would return.

rude receptionist disconnected call
The breakfast was wonderfully good. The pool was always clean and presentable.
The receptionist was adamant that the hotel would not be able to provide an invoice. They proceeded to ignore me. They were rude to me. The person answering the phone disconnected my call mid-sentence when I ordered room service.
