charming stay!
double sea view friendly staff late check out
The room had a double sea view, i could see the sea every morning. the staff was friendly! the main restaurant offered various snack bars. It was convenient. the late check out option worked very well.

poor cleaning beds pushed together
The grounds are nice and the sea view I got from the bungalow was acceptable, I guess.
The rooms are supposedly 'beautiful'. The room featured two single beds pushed together. The room was supposedly cleaned daily, but after a slight nose bleed during the night, I returned to find the sheets were turned upside down, not even changed. What a joke.

solid stay with some great features
lovely views multiple dining ample seating
the location offered lovely views from the restaurants. i found the multiple dining options a good advantage. i especially appreciated the ample seating and availability of sun loungers (i never struggled to find a spot).

cold dishes unhygienic soap
The resort had golf buggies for transportation around the grounds, this was helpful.
The food at the buffet was bad. Many dishes were cold or near empty, they were not replenished quickly enough. I also saw soiled toilet paper and used soap when arriving to my room, they never replenished the soap .

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff fantastic pool beautiful beach
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The new pool was a great addition since my last visit. The beach was also beautiful and well kept it offered great relaxation. I really loved the warm hospitality throughout my visit it was so nice.
The food in the main restaurant and the evening entertainment could use a little improvement.

Lunch and dinner were very nice with excellent tastes and a diverse wine selection. The chefs deserve appreciation for their creative dishes and the wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh ingredients.

Smart golf carts are available for transport to and from the rooms. The hotel has a beautiful location on a hillside it offers fine views. Plenty of buggies are available to take you up and down whenever you need one.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Service
super clean room quality food useful buggy attentive team
The rooms was super clean, food were quality, and the view was amazing. I arrived late, the staff had a table waiting. They prepared two rooms so I can choose what my mums needs better. The team was attentive. The buggy service was very useful. The drivers helped get mums walker.
The lighting in the room wasn't great. It was dark even after turning the lights on.

The resort has two pools, one for children with a large sunbed area. There are also paddle courts and a gym available for guest use , with a wide range of recreational activity.

The reception staff are helpful, with Elena speaking Italian, she is very helpful. Maria at the reservation desk is also very helpful with information. Buggy drivers were efficient and friendly when assisting with transportation around the hotel.

The hotel extends vertically down a hill, reaching the sea. The resort offers beach access. Guests can reach it via readily available buggies or by walking down to the beach and to the shore.

cold food cheap cordial
the grounds had noticeable improvements since my last visit. the beach had more beds.
I did find the food rather disappointing. the buffet often had cold food, and the same items was repeatedly. the orange juice tasted like a cheap cordial rather than fresh juice. It was a letdown.
