i enjoyed the location. it was central yet quiet. the staff were very helpful. the decor was stylish and the room was clean. everything felt well kept. the bed was especially comfortable, and i slept very well.
it was not a big issue, but noticeable during peak hours.

the hotel has a smart setup to use wifi. it allows streaming from personal devices easily, and i appreciated this technology. access was simple. this made entertainment very accessible.

the room had mood lighting options. multiple settings could be adjusted to different preferences, and the room was spacious. there was also a toto-style toilet, and it had many features. i appreciated the comfort.

the hotel location is excellent for accessing sights. the christmas markets were nearby. i found the area central, so walking was easy. this accessibility, and transportation was close.

The front desk staff offered a welcome drink, how lovely! My room was upgraded to a corner junior suite. A great surprise. The cocktail bar provides an amazing selection. The bathroom features a spacious shower. What a luxury!
I hope they can improve this.

The hotel features an amazing cocktail bar with talented bartenders, and the atmosphere is very inviting. There is also an adidas store near the hotel, how convienient for shopping lovers. The location allows for easy walking to nearby shops.

The room included great views, and the interior design added to the luxurious experience. The corner junior suite provides spacious accommodations with plenty of room. The bathroom contains all essential bath amenities and is modern.

Staff greeted me right at my car and helped drive into the pedestrian zone to unload my luggage! The check-in process was smooth, and I felt very welcome. The staff was happy to communicate in my native spanish, how wonderful!

The hotel offers excellent food options, including a wonderful breakfast. There is also a japanese restaurant with amazing meals. The hotel restaurants are among the best in the city, how lovely is that.
