The member of staff contacted me prior to arrival. They provided helpful information about the check-in process.

The hallway and staircase carpets was quite worn. The bedroom furniture seemed tired and dated. The absence of a bedside table and lamp on one side of the bed was an oversight. A cheap leather office chair served no practical purpose without a low table.

Check-in was super efficient. Managers communicated the process clearly through text messages beforehand. They immediately helped when issues arose! Staff solved everything within minutes of texting. The location suited me perfectly. A nearby car park offered convenient parking.

The hotel is located centrally, a VERY convenient spot! It is close to many restaurants and shops. Walking to the train station took only a few minutes. Public transport links are very accessible.

the staff allowed us to drop our luggage before check in, appreciated.

I found the staircase steep and narrow. Getting my case up there was difficult. there was no double glazing, so the room was noisy with traffic and clubs. the tea, coffee, and biscuits looked a bit old. I wondered how long they had been there.

the location is central and convenient to transportation options. the room was very very comfy and tidy with nice amenities. the complimentary flapjacks in the rooms were a nice, unexpected treat.

the staircase was steep and narrow and i found it difficult to get my case up there.

The room had blackout blinds, i found this very useful for sleeping. A selection of water, juice, and snacks was supplied in the room, i thought this was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating regarding check-in, as i had a train to catch. The location is great, it is in the heart of the town center.

The hallway carpet seemed quite worn, i think it could use an update.

the staff were very accommodating regarding an early check in since i had a train to catch. the room was clean and the bed was comfy i also appreciated the selection of tea coffee and biscuits provided.

the hallway carpet looked quite worn and grubby and it impacted the overall feel. the bedroom furniture seemed a bit dated and could use some refreshing i noticed some flaking on the window frames too.
