decent stay with some issues
poor breakfast uninterested staff
the breakfast was a letdown the staff seemed uninterested when i tried to order, i had to get their attention. there was no milk available and they offered to go to the shop for it. my toast came as a single, stale piece only toasted on one side no other options were offered. the lack of customer service was disappointing

GREAT stay. WOULD recommend!
excellent room size spacious bathroom tea facilities lovely breakfast
I experienced a SUPERB stay. The room size was excellent and the bathroom felt equally spacious. I did notice tea and coffee facilities provided. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were VERY helpful.
I noticed very slight wear on the painted wardrobe but everything else was spot on and clean

The location offers EXCELLENT access to town. It's in the centre of things so everything is super easy to reach. I also found the area VERY safe and accessible at ALL hours.

The breakfast service had a GREAT selection of options. I especially appreciated the quality of produce they used. The staff are friendly. I think the hotel definitely presents great value for money.

clean room tasty food
The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was great with many choices. The food was tasty.
The bathroom was a little cold due to the radiator needing to be bled.

single glazed windows sound proofing
The room had a very nice bathroom (though some shower caulking is needed).
I was initially put in a room at the back of the hotel, and all i could hear was the music from the bar below. I asked to be moved and was put in a room at the front that had all the cars and buses going past. Single glazed windows offered no sound proofing whatsoever.
