the staff were consistently happy. they were always friendly and pleasant.. the pub has a large outside seating area. it was very necessary as it was a hot day.
the pub closes rather early.

i found friendly staff. breakfast had a massive choice. the room was very warm. it was easy to find parking at the hotel. i liked that the room was quiet even on a saturday night.
the windows are old. i heard cars driving fast outside.

the food was excellent and great value
the room was far too hot even with windows open there was a fan however breakfast was very slow to arrive. i found the service sluggish perhaps because of staff shortages. overall the experience lacked efficiency and speed

the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the room was spacious and very clean with nice decorations. the bar area had a beautiful design, and the outside seating areas were large.
the windows in my room seemed quite old, and i noticed a slight draft.

Steve provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and professional. The food choices were varied. Vegan and veggie options were available. It was near Millets Farm where we spent a day. Ample parking was available.
I saw a large clump of hair attached to the bathtub plug. This happened after I pulled it out to take a shower.
