The room lacked a hairdryer and sufficient tea bags. I found myself buying supplies at a nearby Lidl. Breakfast was quite chaotic, especially with many children. There were limited options like no fried bread or fried eggs available so it felt very basic

The breakfast service was amazing. One person especially tried to make sure the children were happy. My room had a super clean bed. I slept really well. I left money in the room accidentally and I was able to retrieve it.

I found the event spaces bright and modern. They feature state-of-the-art AV facilities. These features are suitable for various professional gatherings. David, Marta, and the entire team. They were great too assist me. Nothing was too difficult for them.

I booked, and it stated overnight parking was £5, but when I arrived, it had increased. They then reduced it to £7.50. I thought this was poor. Once a price is stated, it should remain unchanged.
