missing hairdryer chaotic breakfast
The room lacked a hairdryer and sufficient tea bags. I found myself buying supplies at a nearby Lidl. Breakfast was quite chaotic, especially with many children. There were limited options like no fried bread or fried eggs available so it felt very basic

Lovely stay!
helpful staff clean room great breakfast honest service
The breakfast service was amazing. One person especially tried to make sure the children were happy. My room had a super clean bed. I slept really well. I left money in the room accidentally and I was able to retrieve it.
I noticed there were no elevators available.

The hotel has shops very close. It has easy access to the M4 motorway. I saw the hotel is in a quiet area away from traffic noise making it easy to relax.

I had a quick check in. I thought Prachi was amazing upon arrival and offered a warm welcome. The staff was always smiling and very professional. The operations manager took good care .

I found the event spaces bright and modern. They feature state-of-the-art AV facilities. These features are suitable for various professional gatherings. David, Marta, and the entire team. They were really good too assist me. Nothing looked too difficult for them.
I booked, and it stated overnight parking was £5, but when I arrived, it had increased. They then reduced it to £7.50. I thought this was poor. Once a price is stated, it should remain unchanged.
