the room upgrade was a nice touch and a birthday gesture during dinner made it nice. stephen, the manager, addressed minor issues quickly showing excellent customer service. dinner at the back garden restaurant was delicious with excellent service.
i would have chosen the duck cassoulet but i didn't feel the chips really suited it. a rich chocolatey option on the dessert menu would be fantastic.

A AMAZING stay

I enjoyed the beautiful, well kept gardens . The staff were polite and helpful, ALWAYS going above and beyond. I particularly appreciated the spa facilities. I experienced the floatation tank, full body massage, and wave therapy. The pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and snow shower were all excellent.
The fire alarm went off one night, and no one mentioned it the next morning.

This hotel is one of the best organized I have visited. I observed professional service in all departments, while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The cleanliness was amazing throughout the hotel. The menu was excellent and the dishes were beautifully cooked and served.
The menu selection at dinner could include more variety. The choices felt somewhat limited. While nothing was wrong , I do think improvements could be made.
