I found the reception staff friendly. check-in was quick , and the room was ready. the location is very central. I walked everywhere. the room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable.
the bathroom was a bit small.

my room had a large comfortable bed with several pillows provided. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and fresh towels daily. a kettle with tea and coffee supplies was available in the room , which i found to be a nice touch.

The location was very central. I found the Astronomical Clock Tower a short walk away. The reception team provided helpful information at check-in (which I appreciated). The bed offered excellent quality for a restful sleep. Everything worked properly in the room.
The absence of an iron was a SLIGHT inconvenience.
