clean room goody bag kind staff great location
the room was very clean. a goody bag sat on my bed. the staff was very kind. the location was great for walking to main attractions.
i noted the building seemed a little neglected. it do not matched the pictures quite right.

My room included a kettle and tea bags! The smart TV was a nice addition. The quick check-in process impressed me though there were many guests arriving.

convenient location helpful staff local recommendations outdated decor worn fixtures inadequate soundproofing
The location is quite convenient! I could easily access various attractions on foot. The staff seemed genuinely helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they assisted with directions and provided local recommendations.
The room decor felt a bit outdated, and some fixtures looked worn. I also found the soundproofing inadequate. Noises from adjacent rooms and the street easily disrupted the tranquility.

great location supportive service free luggage storage thin wall high water pressure drenched toilet seat
the location is great for accessing the city center. the staff provided very sweet and supportive service. they also stored our luggage for free after check-out, which i found very helpful.
I found that you could hear everything from the neighbors. the doors and walls seem paper thin. also, the toilet water pressure is too strong. The toilet seat gets drenched every time you flush.

the location is excellent for city exploration a short walk led to numerous bars and restaurants the hotel provided a welcome gift including a postcard a magnet and a sweet a thoughtful touch i appreciated i could leave my luggage after checkout.
