really good service and views

the reception service was very helpful the room offered a beautiful view and the rooftop view was equally fine the available parking added significant convenience i really appreciated the staff i felt very welcome and supported throughout my stay they helped me out with recommendations and directions the room was very modern and clean with all amenities i needed the location made travelling easy.

the walk to town included a steep hill which might be challenging for some guests especially during hot weather i used the hotel shuttle and this solved my problem.

the staff were always ready to assist with any requests or questions i had the service was prompt and efficient contributing to a very smooth stay i found them to be very accommodating.

i found the breakfast buffet to be very good with a large selection. the rooftop pool offered a very relaxing experience. i enjoyed the sunset views from up there and took many photos. the staff provided quick service whenever i needed something!

the walk back to the hotel from the town was a bit steep. this was a little tiring after a long day.

The rooftop bar features an amazing view of vesuvius. the staff proved very helpful, especially mario. He ensured all needs were met. the hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station. the service requires prior arrangement.

The bathroom lacked proper planning, specifically regarding towel placement. there was no toilet roll holder. the location poses challenges for walking. Returning to the hotel involved a steep uphill climb. breakfast seemed basic, with little variation .
