The location was CENTRAL. I was able to walk to all the main attractions easily. The staff were very HELPFUL and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of items.

My room faced an inner courtyard, so it received very little NATURAL light. It was somewhat dark. The room decor was quite basic.

the air conditioning did not function well , and it was quite a hot afternoon. opening the terrace door meant other guests could walk by to take photos right in front of our terrace. there was no barrier to separate our space , and the toilet cistern kept running water at night.

The hotel boasts private parking, a significant advantage. The staff members at the reception and in the dining room were helpful. The hotel's cleanliness and decoration impressed me. I found the breakfast selection adequate, with plenty of fresh fruit and pleasant tortilla.

The air conditioning seemed a little weak, causing the room to feel warm.

The location is perfect to explore the main attractions. It is a short walk to the Alcázar and the Plaza Mayor. The hotel is positioned on a narrow street adjacent to the Plaza de la Merced.
