The location was super central! everything was easily accessible. Breakfast included a good variety of breads and fruits. I got an early check-in, great since I arrived around noon.

Fantastic Location and Great Valet Parking!

I loved the hotel's location right on the Plaza Mayor! The valet parking was such a bonus, especially because the hotel is in a car-free zone. I also appreciated the excellent Wi-Fi. The valet service made everything so easy!
The reception staff seemed a little stiff. It would have been nice with a warmer welcome.

Breakfast had great variety and quality with different breads and fresh fruit options. The breakfast ladies provided super friendly service! I thought the coffee machine was easy to use because they explained its functions well.

The location was unbeatable, situated right on the main square. Everything felt very accessible.
Unfortunately, my room felt quite small and interior. I had no window to look out of or to open for fresh air. The experience felt rather like i was in a prison cell..

my room was huge with comfortable sofa. i found the bed so comfy and big. valet parking made arrival smooth. staff are helpfull, they are dedicated.

The location sat right in front of the plaza mayor and the cathedral. I found many great bars and restaurants around the plaza. Everywhere I wanted to go was an easy walking distance. Our room featured a classic European style and was not a boring modern style. The breakfast offered a good and varied selection over my stay. In general the hotel staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast ladies and the maids.
The front desk people seemed a little stiff however.
