decent stay at a central location

the location is good for exploring. the staff was helpful and always available at the reception, it was very useful. the room was clean, and the design was fantastic. our dog enjoy the carpets in the hallway.
the door keys didn't work many times. the usb points didn't work, this was inconvenient. there weren't conditioner or moisturiser available. it was very expensive for the quality.

the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions. the location is near several restaurants. daily room cleaning was completed properly.
the room lacked a coffee machine. i noticed no water bottles were provided in the room. i also found no conditioner or moisturizer in the bathroom.

The location was superb! i could easily walk to the main parts of the city, a big plus. the room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed, which i really liked. wifi was super fast. That helped me stay connected.
The check-in process was not smooth. I had to wait a bit longer than expected to get to my room.
