TOP stay near EVERYTHING!
rooftop bar clean staff
I found the rooftop bar VERY relaxing. The pool was also a major plus. Towels were provided. THE staff kept everything clean.

clean hotel friendly staff great location nearby restaurants
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated that the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The location is great. It is about 12 minutes on foot from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby.
The rooftop pool was really overcrowded, and space was not available.

small room unfriendly staff
The room i received was uncomfortably small. One cannot tell this from the pictures. opening my luggage properly was not possible. the cheapest option was selected by me, yet it was not even that cheap. the front desk staff seemed unfriendly, as if they were doing me a favour.

SOME problems DURING my stay
overpriced buffet cigarette smoke
The breakfast buffet was overpriced at 20 euros ,and the quality was disappointing. IT seemed like budget quality. I don't think it was worth the price unless you planned to eat several plates of greasy eggs and bacon ,plus multiple bowls of fruit. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

awful room extra bed
The pool on the roof helped a lot in the heat.
The hotel room I got was a disaster. I booked a triple room but got a small double room instead! To get to the room, you had to step on an extra bed that blocked the entrance. It was so dark because the window faced inside and no light came in.
