The hotel is close to the tram stop. This made traveling into the city easy. I liked the convenience of having two restaurants inside the building. The room had good beds, this was a plus for my sleep.

The television in my room were smaller than what I expect. It seemed dated compared to other amenities.

The bar served excellent cocktails and the restaurants had delicious meals. Public transportation was very accessible. Tram stops were nearby to facilitate travel to locations. It made city exploration easy. I did really enjoy those aspects.

The elevators did seem a bit slow at peak times.

The breakfast had a good taste , and the location suited me well. the staff seemed professional , and almost everyone spoke english. the room felt very spacious . It.

the hotel felt in need of an upgrade , the air conditioning barely blew any air. thank goodness the window opened after dark , but it was still a bit warm. i asked for more pillows and i was initially told i could not have them.

the staff was friendly. public transportation was easy to access. the room was clean with the exception of the shower head, i liked that.

the breakfast cost was a lot at €30 per person. parking in the hotel garage was also very expensive, it was €60 for less than 40 hours. that seems too much money.
