the self check-in process was not smooth. i experienced difficulty with the automated system, and it required multiple attempts to complete registration (i had to ask another guest for help). the absence of readily available staff complicated matters further. also, the hallway speakers played music throughout the night. this made it difficult to sleep.

the room was spacious i liked the big tv and the kitchen area with a balcony.
the pillows were of poor quality i had to call to request more but they didn't have any i found that ludicrous.

the room featured a large tv and a dining area the balcony was a nice addition even with its pigeon residents the bed and pillows were comfortable i slept very well.
