Adequate but Underwhelming
missed housekeeping lack of apology
The location is quite convenient as it allows for easy access to both the main city and the train station.
I had issues as the hotel neglected to clean my room after the first night. When I inquired, staff tried to put the blame on me, claiming i must have left a 'do not disturb' sign (i definitely did not). There was no attempt made to resolve this issue or even a simple apology offered for the inconvenience, which i found rather upsetting.

i enjoyed my stay very much! its closeness to shops and dining made exploring simple. i found on-site parking easy. the lobby has been modernized and feels so inviting.
i did notice there were no slippers provided in the room.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
friendly staff clean room ample buffet
The staff was friendly. I got a free room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean and very nice. I liked the restaurant, it was a great value for the money and had great service. Breakfast had a really ample buffet. I felt very well treated.
The hotel's location is good. However. The walk to the town centre is a bit long.
