Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I particularly appreciated the complimentary ice cream offered each evening. The hotel provided comfortable bedding which ensured restful sleep. The onsen and sauna were a great way to unwind after traveling. I found the staff to be polite and very helpful .
The hotel is a bit far from the train station. The distance can be tiring after a long day.

Really good Stay, Hot Spring and More!!!
easy access comfortable bed public onsen
The hotel's location is great, with easy access to bus and metro stations. My room was very clean, with a nice Japanese aesthetic, and the bed was comfortable. The facilities provided are superb, including the public onsen which was available at any time. Complimentary ice cream, Yakult, and sports drinks are a wonderful touch. The staff were helpful in arranging my luggage transfer, which I appreciated.
I noticed the rooms are quite small, and there is barely enough space for two suitcases. The bedsheets felt somewhat like plastic, and they made a rustling sound with every movement. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel provides complimentary yakult drinks and ice cream. That was a really nice touch. My room had both soft and firm pillows, a detail I greatly appreciate. The onsen on the premises included two baths, giving some options for relaxation.
The front desk staff struggled with english. Communication was difficult. the room was quite small and offered limited storage space. I found the cleanliness to be only average, and there was a noticeable smell of dampness in the room.
