check-in was smooth. the room was ideal after a long flight. many shops and restaurants were easily accessible near the hotel. the staff was always ready to assist, which i valued a lot.

i noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan could not be turned off, which resulted in persistent noise throughout the night. this was bothersome as i was trying to sleep before an international flight with an early departure.
