wide selectionfabulous jacuzzi
the room was super clean! the bar offered a wide selection of drinks. i found the bathroom particularly beautiful. the pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. i was charmed, really.
the gym is a bit small. for a hotel of this size.

The sauna, steamroom and pool were all excellent. The greetings at reception were friendly and helpful! The location is handy for getting on and off Skybus. from the airport.
Check in was delayed! which was a little disappointing.

The hotel is close to Southern Cross station. A trip from the airport using the Sky Bus was very easy! Free city trams were also just a short walk away plus a tram to St Kilda. The room had a comfy bed and an awesome shower. The staff were polite. I did enjoy the hotel and its location.
The breakfast buffet wasn't great, the options were limited and the food quality was not good. I expected more for what I paid.

Uneven stay, some issues
dorsett kingdirty bedsheetsinadequate service
The room i booked was a dorsett king.
My experience suffered due to housekeeping. The bedsheets had marks the first day, and they was not changed. I needed to ask for new sheets. Otherwise, they was not replaced at all.
