wide selection fabulous jacuzzi
the room was super clean! the bar offered a wide selection of drinks. i found the bathroom particularly beautiful. the pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. i was charmed, really.
the gym is a bit small. for a hotel of this size.

sauna facility pool area friendly greetings
The sauna, steamroom and pool were all excellent. The greetings at reception were friendly and helpful! The location is handy for getting on and off Skybus. from the airport.
Check in was delayed! which was a little disappointing.

Excellent Stay, Convenient and Comfortable!

The hotel is close to Southern Cross station. A trip from the airport using the Sky Bus was very easy! Free city trams were also just a short walk away plus a tram to St Kilda. The room had a comfy bed and an awesome shower. The staff were polite. I did enjoy the hotel and its location.
The breakfast buffet wasn't great, the options were limited and the food quality was not good. I expected more for what I paid.

The hotel's location near Southern Cross station was ideal. This made airport transfers easy and fast. Free city trams nearby offered convenient access to the attractions.

The room was very modern, and the bathroom had premium toiletries. I found the gym to be well-equipped with multiple machines. The hotel also offers a convenient green option, which credits your account if you decline daily cleaning, a great initiative!

Uneven stay, some issues
dirty bedsheets inadequate service
The room i booked was a dorsett king.
My experience suffered due to housekeeping. The bedsheets had marks the first day, and they was not changed. I needed to ask for new sheets. Otherwise, they was not replaced at all.
