the room was spacious and clean it was very comfortable for my needs the beds were comfy. the bathroom was clean i found a little mini kitchen handy for storing snacks. i could make tea and coffee easily
it was not convenient as i had a heavy bag

the lobby area was tidy. there was an in-house restaurant and a bar , made breakfasts very easy. i found the location handy as it was close to transport and many food options.

the staff were friendly and helpful . i appreciated the ability to store bags both before check-in and before departure it made my travel much easier. the reception staff ensured a smooth and efficient process.

the location worked it was close to flinders station a short walk
i found the housekeeping questionable the floor was not vacuumed there was hair in the bathroom not a good sign

the location was quite central a definite plus for exploring the city.
the room was not excellent i found stains on the carpet a detail i noticed right away the bathroom lacked proper ventilation it felt damp all the time the noise from the street was also quite noticeable affecting my sleep.
